Functional Capacity Assessments

A Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA) is a comprehensive assessment used to assess the current unmet needs of an individual to support funding for their NDIS plan. Through assessment and family and/or caregiver interviews, a detailed report is created providing information on activities of daily living, leisure and recreation, communication, therapy goals and recommendations for unmet needs.
